Yes, you can get the college but for that your rank should be quiet good in order to receive a scholarship. If you can score under 5k rank, then there are chances that you can get a seat at your desired budget. -
It basically depends on your CET rank. If you are very good at your academics, then you are supposed to get the rank below 5k. Then, definitely you will get a seat in aeronautical engineering in best college. Even I am pursuing my aeronautical engineering in NMIT College, Bangalore which is the best college for Aeronautics. Try your best. -
