Can I get a seat for agriculture for free or with less fees in any state? I have got 82000 rank in EAMCET.

Your rank in EAMCET is okay for getting into an engineering college. But I am afraid for getting freeship or scholarship or less fees in any college, you should be top ranker. These are offered to students who are in the top bracket academically but weak financially so that thee students can continue their studies.
