Grabing a seat with 83.3 percentile in computer science engineering is very tough. If you belong to certain particular community, then there is a slight chance to get a seat in lower NIT or IIIT, but if you belong to general category or even in OBC there is no chance to get any seat in any NIT/IIT/I
