Can I get a seat for CSE in NITs or IIITs?
I belong to OBC category and scored 76.8% in class 12th from Bihar board. My JEE mains score is 85 marks.

There are very low chances of your admission in these colleges because your rank is not good. You will get a NIT or good college if you belong to a SC/ST category.
