    Yes , You can get admission for M.TECH in structural engineering with a CGPA of 7.09. I would like to suggest Chandigarh University for this course.Masters in Structural Engineering including defining the soil strength and deformation properties. It uses scientific methods and principles of engineering, and give knowledge of the physical properties of the ground, numerical calculations, analysis of the stability of slopes and cliffs, and assessing load-bearing capacity. Research and development in Structural Engineering is carried out to improve methods for surveying and testing sediment and rock samples in a laboratory.

    Yes, you can get the seat in M.tech structural engineering with the CGPA score of 7.09. The various private universities provides the scholarship on the basis good score. If you want to pursue your M.TEch in structural engineering from the private university then the Chandigarh University is the best option.
