Can I get a seat in a good engineering college? I got 73.88% in 12th and 100 marks in JEE Main. I belong to OBC category.

    yes nothing is impossible
    just go through last year's cutoff list of decent colleges
    then find out in which college you can get admissions according to cutoff list.
