You have very good chance that you'll get admission into MBBS in government medical colleges at this score as you belong to reserved category SC.

If you want to get a seat in a good Govt. college, your score should not be less then 450 in general category for MBBS.At the score of 417, you can get a seat in BDS in a Govt. college or private colleges.
