    No, I don't think you stand a chance to get any seat in any campus at the score of 190.

    No, your chances are tough, however, you may try for BITS, Dubai.
    Check cutoffs: http://www.bitsadmission.com/cutoffscores2017.aspx.

    No dear, the least cutoff score for Hyderabad campus is around 230 for B.Pharm and other lower branches. Try next time.
