Can I get a seat in any NIT, IIIT or any other college for architecture? I have got 17830 rank in JEE Mains paper 2.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE Mains paper-2
because 300+ marks are usually considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs.
No chance is there for you to get into NIT, IIIT or any other Govt. college if you are a general category candidate.
So, you should better try for a private college/univers
