Hello, as per the latest updates of cutoffs as released by JoSSA, with a 1564 SC rank, you will not get B.Arch at NIT in Round 5. So far, the closing rank has been under 300 at most NITs for the SC category without home state quota. Therefore, you may have some chance in rounds 6 or 7 to get an NIT seat allocated for B.Arch but you will need home-state quota. For example, if you have a home-state quota of Himachal Pradesh, you may be assigned a seat at the NIT, Hamirpur, in Round 6. The closing rank for round 5 in this NIT is 1287 for HS quota. If your rank is in top 500 then you can easily get an architecture seat in top NITs. Like SPA Delhi, NIT Trichy
The cutoff for B.Arch courses is about 50% of the total marks. Above 70% and you can get a seat in one of the finest institutions in India offering B.Arch. The Opening rank for SPA New Delhi was 98 and it closed at 798. For candidates that did not have any state quota the closing rank was 827 in NIT Tiruchirappalli and 2377 in NIT Patna.
