No, you cannot. You would have to take admission in a private college. You can directly apply for Chandigarh Universities or Kolkata Universities. -
Yes, you can get NIT easily. My friend was also from SC category and scored 53 marks in JEE and 57% in boards. He is now in NIT, Jamshedpur.
