Can I get a seat in any of the NITs for civil engineering? I got 108 marks in JEE Mains and scored 92% in class 12th.

This year, cut-off score for all the categories was quite low. So, you may get any IITs or any NITs. As last year, one of my friend scored 105 marks and he got admission in IIIT Bhubaneswar. If you are from general category, it would be really hard to get an NIT, if you belong to some reserved category then it will be easy, you can try some GFTIs though.
