Can I get a seat in any of the NITs or IIITs with a rank of 17830 in jEE Mains paper-2?

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE Mains paper-2
because 300+ marks are usually considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs.
No chance is there for you to get into NIT, IIIT or any other Govt. college if you are a general category candidate.
So, you should better try for a private college/univers
