Can I get a seat in B.Sc agriculture in Karnataka with the ranking of 11000?

In general, for KCET you have to score minimum 75% (it consists of 50% board marks and 50% entrance test marks) to get a seat inside Bangalore in decent colleges and for top colleges in top courses, this will move upto 85%. Students in general score easily upto 90% in board exams, but same students
