Can I get a seat in civil engineering? I scored 100 in PCM in KCET and my PCM percentage in qualifying exam is 91%.

Yes, but I am not sure whether you will get it in first counseling. You may have to wait till the last counseling.

Yes, but not sure whether you will get it in first round of counseling, in other rounds and by the end of counseling you will get a seat.
