NIT Manipur, Mizoram;
IIIT Kalyani, Manipur, Dharwad, Kurnool, Kottayam, Nagpur, Ranchi, Bhagalpur, Agartala. Out of all these I suggest IIIT Agartala which is with in NIT Agartala, you will be given all privileges of an NITian. -

It seems difficult with this rank in CSE because mostly main NITs are filled for CSE with a maximum of upto 25000 ranks in general quota. Don't get disheartened.
