Can I get a seat in EEE in top NITs? I got All India 23654 mains rank and 5323 OBC category rank .

I don't know about other NITs but as of NIT-K Surathkal getting an EEE seat with that rank, you have a chance to get in through 2nd or 3rd round. This usually fluctuates every year, but there is a chance you could get in.
