Can I get a seat in IIM-B if I am a fresher? I have scored 95% in 10th(State syllabus), 89% in 12th and 80% in B.Sc degree in PCM.

    You can get a seat in IIM. IIMS don't put barriers, either you are a fresher or not. It calls every student with open arms. But, what matter is, if one is capable of getting into IIM. IIMS embrace the best students.
