No, it's tough, but you can try in IITs and NITs.

Check the relevant cutoff list. I guess you also have to qualify GD/PI to get a final convert in IIMs.

Yes. It is possible. I know a few who got admitted to IIMB with this percentile. But for that, you need to have a very strong profile. You should get maximum points in all criteria specified by IIMB.
