Can I get a seat in mechanical? I got 44000 rank in SRMJEE.

There is a very slight chance that you get SRM but the odds are against you. It's very difficult. But you can try in management quota.

Hi Karthik, you cannot get the mechanical course in the main campus of SRM university with this rank of 44000 but you can get some courses like chemical, civil etc. You may get mechanical in other campuses like NCR Ghaziabad, Sonipat and the other campuses of Tamil Nadu(ramapuram, vadapalani).
You can get mechanical engineering at the main campus by paying more fees that is through management quota.
