Can I get a seat in mop up round in JGEC with a rank of 9961 in WBJEE? In 3rd round, it has come to 8600 closing rank.

There's a high chance for you as a lot of seats are still vacant. The MOP round is introduced in this year and hence much can't be predicted. But as your rank is a bit close to the closing rank, you might get into JGEC. -
