Hi,
With 2124 OBC rank in JEE Mains paper 2 exams and a good score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in NIT's, but yes you can get in other good colleges.

No, you cannot get any NIT with this rank. You should go for other government or private universities that offer B.Arch courses.
