    No, you cannot. It is mandatory for all students to qualify JEE Mains to get admission in any of the engineering colleges.

    You can get in NIT, Warangal only through your 12th marks with a maths background(MPC) and you should give JEE Mains and not NEET. So you can not get into NIT, Warangal with BIPC background and NEET.
