Based on your percentile there are very less chances of you getting a seat in NIT, Warangal as NIT, Warangal is one of the top NIT's that's why the cutoff of even biotechnology goes around 16-17k. Nevertheless, you should try for some lower NIT's as well as IIIT's.

No, you can't get admission there at this score.
You can check for low-rank NITs or IIITs. -
Although you have scored good but it is not enough to get into the NITs. You have one more option i.e., you should appear again in the month of April. -
