Can I get a seat in Sastra University? My profile: Main rank - 48078 and 120 marks. I got 943/1000 in IPE.

Hi Hari Prakash, Yes, you can surely get a seat at Sastra University. Your percentage of board exam and JEE scores is considered. You can apply through stream 1 at www.sastra.edu and the last date is June 10. All the best!

It depends on the top score. Say a student get 120 percentile, then from that, the ranks will be put and seats will be filled. There is no particular cut-off. Actually, they won't post these also.

If you have enough marks to get through in counseling, you will get a seat.

Yes, you have a good chance. It depends on the trend during counseling. Try with stream 1 as you have good JEE marks. All the best!
