Can I get a seat in SGSITS, Indore or any government college? My JEE Main score is 67 and expecting 75% in 12th CBSE board.

Accordingly, you can take the decision. -
Though, below 140 marks, you won't be able to get into GSITS for general branch. For government college, either go for GECU Ujjain as you'll get that at max or try getting into private colleges of Indore and Bhopal region. LNCT - raise road campus, acropolis, Medicaps, Symbiosis University Indore and Vaishno be the big names.
