Can I get a seat in Sir JJ College of Architecture? I am a non-Maharashtrian.

I secured 143/200 in NATA 2019, have 85% in board and belong from NE state. Should I wait for the second NATA attempt to try for SJJCA or get a seat in a private college somewhere?
