Can I get a seat in SRM without writing its entrance exam or JEE only on the basis of 88% marks in class 12th?

Yes.
Management quota gives you a way of taking admission without appearing for the admission test. But you have to shell out much more this way. And prefer the KKT campus (main campus) if you are serious about taking admission there.

That's only the tuition fee that I'm talking about. Hostel + books and rest would be separate.

According to the website, admission processes began for those students who appeared in SRMJEEE and only those students can take admission. So, if you had not appeared in the exam, then you may contact to college for seat through management quota.
