Can I get a seat or opportunity to study at LPU? My JEE Mains AIR is 106329.

    As per the present guidelines, for admission to B.Tech 2023 at LPU, the applicant is required to have 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English Physics & Mathematics ) subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU NEST is a national-level entrance test conducted by LPU and is considered for offering scholarships as well as determining Eligibility for admission in various programmes. At LPU, last year in 2022 direct admission was offered for JEE score more than or equal to 85 percentiles.     To study in LPU you are required to satisfy the eligibility condition specified for particular programme and if JEE Main determines the eligibility then you need to score qualifying marks to get admission at LPU.

    Well if you have qualified JEE (Mains) and at the eligibility criteria of desired programme is determined by JEE Main qualification, then surely you can get admission in LPU. My suggestion would be to inquire about the eligibility condition of the programme in which you are seeking admission, as far as I am concerned there are various deciding factors for eligibility and alternatives will help.

    Best thing to do right now is to appear for LPU NEST and seek admission in B Tech. However, you need to fulfil the eligibility conditions. The eligibility for the programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics Mathematics and English or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. All the information pertaining to LPU NEST such as syllabus, previous year question papers, sample papers is given on the LPU NEST website.     You can submit an application for the unique counseling schedule based on your JEE Mains ranking. You will then be given a seat preference form to complete before receiving a seat allocation letter outlining all of the branches into which you are eligible for admission. You can accept admission later if you'd like by paying the provisional sum of Rs. 10,000.
