Can I get a seat through counselling as I got a rank in EAMCET when I have my previous education till 10th Standard out of India?

Dear Sir, I got a rank in EAMCET 20,104, and my education till 10th standard was in Saudi. Can I get a seat based on my rank through counseling or I will be treated as NRI or management quota? What is the procedure in case they accept me in counselling.
