Can I get a seat with 10th-85%,12th-53.5% and B.Com-62% and I am general category candidate? Will this score affect me during placement?

If you can score really well in CET, you can get admission in to JBIMS based on the DTE CAP rounds. The past background will have an impact on the placements shortlisting.
