Getting college in Jharkhand and Bihar are quite competitive. With 1164 rank it is difficult to get goverment college for DM Care medicine in Jharkhand or Bihar. But there are high chances of admission if you go for private or DNB hospitals. You can apply for other states too because other states have more chances than Bihar and Jharkhand.

A NEET SS rank of 1164 in DM Critical Care Medicine places you in a mid-tier range. Seats in Bihar or Jharkhand are limited for such super-specialty courses, and competition is intense. However, newer institutes or those with recently introduced DM programs might have seats open during the mop-up or stray vacancy rounds. Keep an eye on MCC's SS counselling and state quota seat availability. Contacting medical colleges like IGIMS Patna or RIMS Ranchi directly during later rounds might also yield opportunities.
