Hello, 260 is very less, if you want admission for MBBS courses. To be in safe side for MBBS admission, you need around 500 +.

It is difficult to get a seat with your mark. Probably, you can prepare for NEET, one more time and who knows you can get admission. There is always a hope.

Hello, The admissions are done for the year, I think. And it is very difficult to get the seat in a government college with your score. But you can get a seat in a deemed medical college.
