Can I get a teaching job in any school after completing MBA in HR?

If you like teacher's job with HR then there is no scope in school. Go for further studies, viz. PhD and be a professor teaching MBA students. You will enjoy it.

To get a teaching job in school one needs to have B.Ed. / D.Ed. qualification along with graduation/post-graduation.
If you have done your engineering/B.Tech then you may not be required to have a B.Ed. degree to get government approved pay scale in a good school. In absence of B.Ed. you can still get a teaching job in a school based on your graduation degree. However, the school may not be able to pay you the government approved salary scale benefits.
