Can I get a teaching job in any school after completing MBA in HR?

Yes, you can surely, but I think you are confused with your career. I mean, if you wanted to be a teacher then why did you do MBA? Being an MBA, you deserve a job in a private organization in the HR. Kindly, ask yourself, what do you want to be and what exactly do you want and the do accordingly.

If you like teacher's job with HR then there is no scope in school. Go for further studies, viz. PhD and be a professor teaching MBA students. You will enjoy it.

To get a teaching job in school one needs to have B.Ed. / D.Ed. qualification along with graduation/post-graduation.
If you have done your engineering/B.Tech then you may not be required to have a B.Ed. degree to get government approved pay scale in a good school. In absence of B.Ed. you can still
