Can I get a teaching job in any school after completing MBA in HR?

Yes, you can surely, but I think you are confused with your career. I mean, if you wanted to be a teacher then why did you do MBA? Being an MBA, you deserve a job in a private organization in the HR. Kindly, ask yourself, what do you want to be and what exactly do you want and the do accordingly. -
If you like teacher's job with HR then there is no scope in school. Go for further studies, viz. PhD and be a professor teaching MBA students. You will enjoy it.

To get a teaching job in school one needs to have B.Ed. / D.Ed. qualification along with graduation/post-graduation.
If you have done your engineering/B.Tech then you may not be required to have a B.Ed. degree to get government approved pay scale in a good school. In absence of B.Ed. you can still get a teaching job in a school based on your graduation degree. However, the school may not be able to pay you the government approved salary scale benefits.
