Can I get a top engineering college in CSE branch in Hyderabad? I belong to ST category and I have a NCC-B certificate.
I have got 44000 rank in TS EAMCET. I scored 87% in class 12th and I want B.Tech+ M.Tech dual degree programme. Is it available?

As you belong to SC Category, you can take admission in government colleges, if you have good rank in JEE Main. NCC certificate are not considered in engineering colleges.
