Can I get a transfer from one Arena Institute to another? My seniors do ragging and bullying.
We have tried to complain to our head director but at the end, it is still the same.

If your talking about a transfer from one college to another, YES it's highly possible all depends on the agreement reached with 3 parties involved the first being your current college, the second the college that you want to move into and the third party involves you. Hope this helps.
