Can I get a visa for Australia with my profile of the score: 10th -73%, 12th -59.73% and BE- 6.07 CGPA with 16 backlogs?

Hi,
You cannot apply for a visa without the admission offer from an university. If you haven't applied already, check for university specific requirements on university websites. Getting into a top university will be difficult basis your academic profile however options like James Cook, La Trobe etc will be available.
