Can I get a Visa to study BE in abroad? What should I do to make my future bright?

I have completed my class 12th in 2011 and now I have 9 backlogs in B.Tech (ECE).

Dear Gopi, In visa process there is no much stress on your backlogs. But that will effect on one point, if you want to apply for further study or job in particular company.So start working on your weakness and do well in your studies. And remember one think in life Nothing is impossible in your li
