Can I get a work as a manager in the IT field after completing B.Tech IT from India and management course abroad? What will be my pay?

Yes, but your salary depends on your ability. The better you perform, the more you get.

We have top notch B-schools, which imparts quality education. It is better to pursue your MBA from India. Your salary will depend on your performance. If you do well, then you may get Rs.18 LPA on an average.

Yes, you can get it because you have technical and management degree and according to your degree you might get a better salary. But, I cannot assume your salary because it will depend on your abilities knowledge and work experience.
