No, you cannot get ACS with JEE Mains marks. The selection of students for all the courses is made on marks obtained in national-level qualifying exams such as CET, COMED K, and GATE etc. The last round closing rank for KCET and COMED K for the B.E. programme remained at 202306 (General) and 73745 (
