I failed in maths and chem in 12 after i passed 12 can i get admission in any Enginnering colleges

Any engineering collage be it private or government asks for pcm %, but out of pcm you have failed in c and m, only if you clear these two compartments you can get admission into engineering collages otherwise there is no hope(without clearing comparments if you want admission then there is managmen
