Yes, you can get in Hansraj College but you will have to wait till all the cut-off are released.

In 88.5%, it is impossible to get admission in Hansraj College, you have to apply in other universities and also maybe not in north campus but in other campuses too. You might get admission in the college not in the first cut-off but maybe in 3rd or 4th cut-off.
