can i get adm in b.tech in any clg after scring 64% in 12th bt PCM % is les thn 50%.but i m expecting around 70-72 mrks in AIEEE,pls suggest

pls suggest becoz im expecting more than 70-72 marks inaieee 12th my pcm % is less than 50 % but overall % is 64%..pls suggest can i get some college for btech purposes.....
