Hi,
1st year B.A will not make you eligible for 2nd year B.C.A. You'll have to start from scratch.
Since you from Science background, you can go ahead with B.C.A. Refer the link below for B.C.A colleges-

not at all.. its not possible to get addmission in2nd yr after 1st yr from BA, even you need to pass 10+2 in science.
