    Yes, if you have equivalent Diploma in the same branch which you want to pursue. The admission process however is centralized for entire state and is under ACPC. You have a great CGPA in diploma go through ACPC site.

    Yup of sure you are eligible for this institute. You can go through by lateral entry as you are a diploma holder.
