Can I get admission after Diploma in COEP directly in second year? My final year score is 75% (SC).

You can get in COEP.

You can get admission in second year directly, even considering the reservations you belong final year score should be greater than 80 at least. So it is little difficult but I think it will also depend on the branch you are looking for. It can also be possible for you if you wait for second or third round but at the same time it is risky.
