Can I get admission after scoring 553 in NEET 2020.

I have scored 553 marks in NEET 2020, and I am from Jharkhand and come under OBC category, can I Apply for AIQ and is there any chance of getting admission in either course (MBBS or BDS). In state counciling or AIQ?
