Can I get admission again in the first year of B.Tech in any other college?
I took admission in B.Tech automobile in Pillai College-Panvel Rasayani campus but I took a leaving certificate and I have 5 KTs.

YES, surely you can get seat in any other college.

Kts don't matter after you took the leaving certificate. Show some normal excuse gap and apply.
