Can I get admission and visa of Australia with 21 backlogs?

I have completed my computer engineering in 2016 with 21 backlogs with an IELTS score of 6. I have done some extra computer certification courses online & want to take admission in CQU, Australia. Kindly suggest some IT related courses. Also, can I get a visa with this situation?

Hi Shivali, 21 is a very big number and if you did not pass with a first class chances are low. You will probably get admission in vocational institutes. Your admission will depend on your overall profile and the university. Also, your IELTS score is low.
