Yes, you can get admission in ISBM but there are specific dates on which you can take the admission that you can check with the concerned branch for the same and for more details you can go through their website.

You can get admission, but I am afraid not at any time. You need to appear for a proper exam, score high percentile in it and then apply in ISBM. Your knowledge of engineering subject and aptitude for logical reasoning / mathematical ability can help you in the preparation for the exam. I suggest you appear for CAT / MAT exams.
